Agent bookings

Agents are people and/or companies that you partner with to resell your products for a commission.

With Rezdy, you have the ability to share your products with Agents so that they can sell them on your behalf.  Therefore, Agent bookings are orders/bookings that you receive from an Agent.

Rezdy allows you connect with major distribution channels like Viator, GetYourGuide and Expedia.

Point of Sale bookings

With Rezdy, bookings created by you or your staff are always free and unlimited. These are called “Internal Orders”.

Typically, you would create an internal order when:

  • You get a POS (point of sale) booking.
  • An Agent gives you a call to make a booking.
  • A customer gives you a call to make a booking.

You will need to create a new internal order and either select an existing customer or create a new one. You can have multiple products and participants for each booking.

If it was an Agent referral you can select which Agent referred the customer via a dropdown. When you save it, the booking will default to a Confirmed status, but you can always change it.
