Thanks to everyone who has contributed to our feature request forums, an ongoing project of ours is to continually make improvements to Supplier operations. As a part of this goal, we’re happy to announce the following.
Bad weather can easily wipe out an entire day’s worth of business. Now with Mass Actions, an entire day’s worth of Orders can be cancelled, refunded, and emailed with just a few clicks!
Drivers and Guides can now record manual payments on Orders while they’re out and about. Important information can also be added as log notes on the fly, all done via the Rezdy Mobile Manifest App.
As Rezdy continues to grow with our customers, we’re making major investments and upgrades to our infrastructure. While these upgrades may not be visually noticeable, customers will certainly feel them as they are slowly rolled out.
Along with a boost in overall system performance, we can also deliver faster and more reliable deployments of new features. Additionally this allows us to do multiple releases on a daily basis, all of which can be done without any downtime or service interruptions for our customers.
