Gold Coast Parasail operates Australia’s largest and only offshore parasailing fleet, delivering high-volume adventure experiences from one of the country’s most iconic tourism destinations. With bookings varying due to weather, holidays, and seasonal demand, the ability to create new sessions, move bookings, and send updates to customers, all visible in a single calendar view, made it easier to manage change as it occurred and plan resources at a glance.

Agent connections also became a key growth lever as the business expanded its distribution. Through Rezdy, Gold Coast Parasail made its experiences available to a wider network of resellers, including platforms such as Viator, alongside other travel agent partners. Agent connections enabled the team to strengthen distribution by:

  • Managing relationships with agents they worked with directly
  • Allowing new partners to discover and sell their product
  • Expanding visibility across platforms such as Viator and other travel agent partners

Today, Gold Coast Parasail uses Rezdy as the central system for managing bookings, live availability, agent connections, and reporting. This deeper utilisation allows the business to manage high booking volumes while keeping operations organised and responsive.

Agent connections have played a significant role in expanding reach. In 2024 alone, Gold Coast Parasail onboarded more than 10,000 active reseller partners, increasing exposure and supporting global distribution.

As distribution expanded, booking performance followed. The business has achieved:

  • Approximately 57% year-on-year growth in Q3 2024
  • Around 33% growth in total bookings in the second half of 2024 compared to the same period in 2023
