Our new pricing plans have been designed to be fairer to all our customers, whether just starting out or well established businesses. We’ve reduced our monthly subscription rates and introduced a percentage fee instead of included bookings.
The good news is, we only make money when you make money, so we are more motivated than ever to help you get more bookings. What’s more, we are offering existing customers an exclusive discount on offline bookings not available to new customers.

No. The maximum total booking fee for an online purchase is determined by the plan tier of the plan, and as a percentage of the total.
Yes. But as a valued customer for making the switch, we have reduced this rate. For the Foundation Plan you pay $0.50/booking (usually $1), Accelerate Plan you pay $0.30/booking (usually $0.85) and for the Expansion Plan you pay $0.10/booking (usually $0.70)
No. The default is to pass the booking fee on to your customer. However, you can choose to absorb this fee instead. You can manage your preferences at any time in the Online Payments menu in your booking software app.
Not ready to change? No problem. You might miss out on these exclusive rates, but rest assured your current plan will continue until you instruct us otherwise. But, please be aware that any new features will only be added to our new plans.
After switching from your current plan to one of our new plans, changes including features and charges will take effect on your next billing date.
