Our applications and API have a 99.9% availability. You can view our current and historical server status.
We have a high availability and redundant infrastructure (eg. multiple servers running simultaneously), so our systems will always be available unless a major outage happens. In the rare case our systems must be brought offline for maintenance, we’ll alert users via in-app messages, announcements on our status page and our support forum. We will endeavour to take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information you may transmit to us or from our online products and services, including credit card information. We will also make our best efforts to ensure its security on our systems.
In addition, our employees and the contractors who provide services related to our information systems are obliged to respect the confidentiality of any personal information held by us.
All transactions are secured by 256 bit SSL encryption. SSL technology encodes information as it is being sent over the Internet, helping to ensure that the information transmitted remains confidential.
Our servers are deployed to Amazon Web Services (AWS), which is a PCI DSS Level 1 compliant provider and provides a certified infrastructure for storing, processing, and transmitting credit card information.
All data is saved and replicated in real time in multiple data centers, to ensure no data is lost even in case of major disasters. We also make full daily snapshots and have point-in-time restore capabilities to retrieve data when required.
If you want a local backup of your own data, you can also export your orders and customers to CSV, or pull information from our API.
